Our tariffsHow it works
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Scan the QR code to unlock your e-scooter and to start a ride. Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back. To get moving, place one foot on the board and use the other foot to push off.
PAUSE RIDE
Activate the park mode in the app and put the sityneta on its stand. The rental continues. Open it again by app to continue your ride.
RETURN
Return your scooter to a designated parking rack. Pull the e-scooter back onto its kickstand, Tap “end ride” in the app.

Basic rate

You get charged the basic rate if you did not book a subscription.
Monthly pass
€5.00 / month
The first 20 minutes of 5 rides per day are included.
Every additional minute per ride costs €0.20

To get your family discount you must write to our email info@moxsi.es requesting the annual family membership you want. You must include the following documentation:
– Family book or certificate of domestic partnership
– National ID cards of each family member
